RECIPE

1lb Orecchiette pasta (or other pasta if you prefer)
1lb Ground Beef (80/20 suggested)
8oz Velveeta
2Cups Shredded Cheddar Jack
2Cups Whole Milk
1Tbsp Butter
2Tbsp Taco Seasoning (alter to taste)

TACO SEASONING RECIPE

2 Tbsp Chili Powder
1 Tbsp Cumin
2 1/2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 tsp Oregano

Add about 2Tbsp (to taste) of combined taco seasoning mixture to 1lb ground beef, brown and set aside.

Prep 1lb orecchiette according to box directions.

While pasta is cooking combine in a medium sauce pan the milk and butter and warm over a medium-low heat. Cut Velveeta into chunks for easier melting and add into warm milk and butter. Stir until cheese is well combined then add the shredded cheddar jack. Turn heat to low and stir until cheese is thoroughly melted. Add in seasoned taco meat to cheese sauce and remove from heat. Drain the now cooked pasta and return to pot or large serving dish. Pour cheese sauce over the pasta and stir to combine.

Serve and enjoy!
