This was for an assignment in “Writing the Short Subject” in my MFA program. We were supposed to write a narrative based around a news story. I had read about how an astronaut was proclaiming that aliens exist and everyone’s covering it up. Strangely, the professor really kinda dug it, which was unusual, as he hated most of my stuff.
