14 oz fresh cranberries
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
2 tbsp bourbon
1 tbsp vanilla extract

1. Combine ingredients in a large pot and bring to a boil.
2. Reduce heat and simmer for about ten to twelve minutes or until the cranberries burst and break down.
3. Remove from heat and cool until sauce thickens.
